SAFE AND CONFIDENTIAL
Coronavirus is having an enormous impact on mental health. If you are feeling overwhelmed with stress or anxiety during this time, seeking therapy can help you navigate a way forward to make life more manageable.
I am currently seeing clients on-line, so that therapy is still accessible despite the protective regulations set out during the pandemic. I will continue to offer in-person sessions (in Islington) once restrictions are eased.
I have been practicing as an integrative psychotherapist since 2004, working with both adults and adolescents in a broad range of settings including the NHS, charities and in private practice. Individuals have come to me with a variety of different emotional and psychological difficulties. It may be that life has become a struggle for various reasons, or that you have experienced a traumatic life event. I can offer you a safe space where your story can be heard and you can explore the issues that may be troubling you or holding you back, in complete confidence and without judgement.
