I integrate different therapeutic theories and approaches. This way I can work flexibly so that I can be responsive to the needs and particular circumstances of each individual so that their own unique way of being with themselves and others can unfold and be met respectfully.
I work relationally, which means that I pay attention to the relationship between me and my clients. This can offer valuable insights, often bringing unconscious patterns into awareness where they can be explored and better understood, and potentially transformative in the relationship with self and others.
I began my career in the creative industry and believe in the power of the arts to deepen connection and understanding. I therefore offer use of the arts (image, metaphor, poetry, for example) as an extra tool to aid
and deepen expression and exploration. Some clients prefer to stay with talking, and that is also fine.
I see clients in person in a dedicated and confidential space in Dalston/Stoke Newington - John Campbell Road, N16
I see young adults, adults, individuals and couples.
I offer Zoom sessions for those who cannot attend in person, for whatever reason and for those who live further afield or abroad. With lives becoming more mobile, this offers a flexible solution to accessing regular therapy.
I can also offer phone sessions for times when in-person and Zoom sessions are not possible.
Most couples have periods in their relationship where things become challenging. Couples therapy offers a space in which to safely interact and explore the issues, with facilitation and support. It can be hugely beneficial to allocate time and space to gain perspective and find ways forward.
I see couples in person at the practice, and I also offer online sessions.
I see clients for both short and long term therapy. It is dependent on the particular clients needs and can be discussed and reviewed during the therapy.
My fee is £130 per 50 minute session for individuals and £160 for couples.
When I work with a coaching client, this is not psychotherapy. I draw on my years of experience in the psychotherapeutic world, to understand the individual and help them to understand themselves better, but this is a forward looking practice rather than an in depth exploration of the past. We work with practical tools to help facilitate change.
I use coaching practices, psychotherapeutic theories and psychological theory to understand and work with changing the individuals self-beliefs that may be limiting them from reaching their full potential. Together we identify and work with patterns and blocks that may be inhibiting them in many aspects of their life.
I use coaching practices and my understanding of relationships and the psyche to offer personalised strategies tailored to the unique career aspirations, strengths, and challenges of each individual so that they can be empowered to move through the professional world in their own unique way, towards their specific goals.

For ease of travel, I am happy to meet in a public space if preferred. It is important to feel comfortable and relaxed.

I see clients for varying length of times. This can be working on a specific challenge in the short term (3-4 sessions) or for broader longer term 'deep dive' coaching with follow-up sessions covering approximately 3-6 months. It is dependent on the particular clients needs and can be discussed during the initial session and reviewed along the way.
My fee is £130 per one hour session.
